SERVICES
Four ways to make your website say what you mean
Some businesses need to know what's wrong. Some already know, and need it fixed.
Others just need a careful final check before publishing.
Start wherever you are, every service below can stand alone, or lead into the next.
01
Website Content Audit & Clarity Review
Best if: you know the site underperforms, but not why.
A full diagnostic review of your website's content, messaging, structure, navigation and calls to action - scored against the CLEAR™ Framework. You get a written report that pinpoints exactly where visitors get lost, and what to change first.
-
Page-by-page review of your key pages
-
Scorecard across the full framework
-
What's working, what isn't, and specifically why
-
Prioritized action plan: quick wins first
-
Optional 30-minute walkthrough call
You receive: A written audit report you can act on yourself, or hand to whoever builds your site.
02
Website Proofreading
Best if: you're happy with the words, you just want them right.
The final careful check before you publish. Spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalisation, and consistency across every page - because a small error in an obvious place quietly undermines an otherwise credible business.
-
Spelling, grammar, and punctuation
-
NZ / UK / US English consistency
-
Consistent capitalisation, dates, numbers and formatting
-
Correct business details: hours, contacts, service areas
-
Cross-page consistency checks
You receive: A clean, corrected version with all changes clearly marked.
03
Website Copy Editing
Best if: the content exists, but isn't landing.
Deeper editorial work on the words themselves. I reshape headlines, tighten paragraphs, cut jargon, and rebuild calls to action so each page does the job it was meant to do-while keeping your voice recognisably yours.
-
Rewritten headlines and page structure
-
Clearer, more scannable body copy
-
Stronger, more specific calls to action
-
Consistent tone and terminology throughout
-
One round of revisions included
You receive: Edited copy, ready to paste straight into your site.
04
Content Refresh
Best if: the site was accurate two years ago.
Websites drift. Services change, prices move, team members leave, and pages quietly go stale. A refresh brings your existing content back in line with the business you actually run today - without starting from scratch.
-
Update outdated services, pricing, and team details
-
Remove or rewrite pages that no longer earn their place
-
Refresh tone to match how you talk about the business now
-
Align content with current search terms customers use
-
Recommendations for new pages worth adding
You receive: Updated content plus a short summary of what changed and why.
THE PROCESS
How working together actually goes
No lengthy onboarding, no jargon, and nothing you need to be technical to follow. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.

01
Get in touch
Tell me your website address and what's frustrating you about it. That's genuinely all I need to start - sentence or two is fine.
Your time: about five minutes.
02
Short intake questionnaire
A brief set of questions about your business, your customers, and what a good outcome looks like. Your answers shape the whole engagement, there are no wrong ones, and short beats polished.
Your time: 15–20 minutes, at whatever hour suits you.
03
Scope, quote, and confirm
I confirm exactly which service fits, how many pages are involved, the price, and the delivery date, in writing, before anything starts. No surprises later.
Your time: reading one email.
04
The work
This is where you go back to running your business. I work through your site methodically, auditing, editing, proofreading, or refreshing, depending on what we agreed. If I hit a genuine question, I'll ask; otherwise you won't hear from me until it's done.
Your time: none.
05
Delivery
You receive your report or edited content, written in plain language. Every recommendation is specific enough that you could hand it to anyone and they'd know exactly what to do.
Your time: 15 minutes to read the summary, longer if you want the detail.
06
Walkthrough & revisions
An optional call to talk through the findings and answer questions-and, where the service includes it, a round of revisions so the final version genuinely fits your business.
Your time: 30 minutes, if you want it.
THE GUARANTEE
Clearer, or we keep working - free.
If, after the audit and rewrite, your website doesn't communicate more clearly than it did before, tell me - I will keep revising it at no extra cost until it does.
Simple as that.
